Your role at Signature

Our Governance and Compliance Partners demonstrate their passion for our residents every single day by ensuring that our regulatory compliance framework, quality monitoring and  auditing of resident care services, including medication management and contribute to policy review and ensuring the care policies are implemented across all our communities.

You’ll be field based, travelling to all our communities, all Southeast based, supporting where needed. Following home visits and completion of audits, you’ll be offering recommendations to the homes to enhance resident care and creatively meet the needs of the residents, whilst fostering and communicating the Signature Mission and culture.

Signature People

You’ll need a proven track record in driving care quality and a good working knowledge of regulatory compliance. Our Governance Compliance Partners are responsible for evaluating reports such as accuracy of assessments, medication administration, falls, nutrition, continence, wounds, palliative care, hospitalisation, infection control and health and safety. Experience in conducting audits and giving constructive feedback is highly desirable.

In addition, you will monitor induction and ongoing training, coach Clinical Services Managers and Deputy Managers, conduct care related training and participate in and lead on projects as part of the Quality Team and as a member of the Clinical Governance Committee.

You’ll have previous experience of working in an operational managerial/ compliance / or quality role within Health and Social Care.
