Head of IT Customer Services

Lead your team to deliver unrivalled IT and customer service engagement, when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle as Head of IT Customer Services at our support office in Beaconsfield.

Your role at Signature

Our Head of IT Customer Services will be an experienced leader, passionate about delivering the highest-quality customer-centric experience across the Signature Group. You’ll work in partnership with our operational and senior leadership teams to strengthen the Signature IT service experience.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the IT customer service satisfaction framework, owning, maintaining and improving IT services across all homes, improving IT customer services procedures, and the overall smooth operation of Signature’s IT Helpdesk. You’ll oversee all aspects of Signature’s IT incident and problem management framework, IT audit and risk logs, and asset and device management, working with our Chief Information officer to deliver reliable technology experiences.

You’ll also be responsible for leading and developing the IT Customer Service team, coaching, mentoring and supporting others to ensure they reach their full potential.

You’re a confident leader with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and you’re able to to quickly establish credibility and build rapport with the people around you. You’ll have at least three years experience in a similar role, including managing an IT Helpdesk, and a track record of effective decision making and project delivery. Working knowledge of the UK health and social care sector would be a big advantage.
