Your role at Signature

Working to our internal communications plan, you’ll maximise all channels to deliver internal communications that help get the message across and inspire all Signature team members in some way. You’ll measure and monitor the impact of all types of internal comms and ensure each channel is fully aligned with our business strategy.

You’ll help us to deliver employer branding that promotes Signature as an employer of choice and support colleague engagement approaches, initiatives and events.

Signature People

You’ll know internal communications inside out, bringing examples of best practice and the wider landscape, tools and methodologies that will help you to deliver the best results. A qualification in internal comms or equivalent experience is highly desirable.

You’ll compliment your skills and experience with the ability to coordinate, organise and deliver great communications and events — bringing a creative and innovative approach each time. You won’t fear implementing new channels or processes and you’ll always be delivery-focused in everything you do.
