Your role at Signature
Our Maintenance Managers show their passion each and every day. They’re proud of their work and strive to deliver incredible experiences for our residents no matter how big or small the task.
Your day-to-day activities will include making sure the physical surroundings of the home are well-maintained and meet regulations, ensuring the residents are comfortable and safe.
Alongside the General Manager, you’ll agree and constantly monitor all on-site contractors and service contracts, controlling departmental costs while maintaining the standards you provide. You’ll order and use equipment efficiently and cost-effectively, developing an economical stock and spares control system, managing budgets and preparing monthly forecasts with the General Manager.

And you’ll be in charge of lighting, PAT testing, keeping ventilation units and lights clean and working, monitoring water temperature control systems, and other ongoing regular maintenance.
