Your role at Signature

Our Nursing Associates showcase their compassion. They understand, empathise and support, knowing exactly what needs to be done for the best possible outcome.

Joining us as a Nursing Associate, you’ll help us to further improve the quality of service offered to the residents living with us. You’ll primarily be responsible for supporting the Registered Nurses with the delivery of clinical care and the provision of person-centered care, which is always delivered in-line with each resident’s specific personal, unique needs.

You’ll follow a team ethos where the resident’s choices, dignity, independence and personal safety are at the core of all clinical activity. You’ll develop strong relationships with each resident and involve them in any decisions about their care, as well as ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

You’ll provide direct care for residents including washing, dressing, and support with nutrition and hydration, promoting independence, escalating medical concerns where necessary and monitoring long-term health.
