Your role at Signature
As part of the Payroll team you will be responsible for ensuring that the monthly payrolls are administered and processed accurately so that staff are paid in a timely manner and in accordance with their contractual terms and conditions of employment. Based at our Support Office in Beaconsfield, you will be part of a close knit support team supporting our homes in their delivery of care to our residents.
You’ll maintain employee data in our payroll system and ensure that all changes, such as starters, leavers and transfers, are made in a timely manner. You’ll build strong relationships with staff across our care homes to support their information needs and handle any ad hoc requests from external parties, such as HMRC
