The process will depend on the role you have applied for, however the typical process is a telephone interview, a main competency based interview which can be face to face or via a video link and a final meeting with the team at the home where they will show you around.
If you have applied for a Chef role, you will also be asked to come to the home to do a trade test where you will cook for us and we can taste your food!

You will have a company induction conducted by various members of the management team and an external provider. You will also complete some E-learning via our fantastic Learning Management System.

This will depend on your availability and the hours available in the home at the time you apply, for our care and nursing roles you will be required to work nights and weekends.

We will give you as much notice as we can, but we aim to give you your rota 2 weeks in advance.

Yes we provide uniforms for all roles with the exception of our management roles.
