Your role at Signature
You’ll design and deliver a wide range of engaging activities, including arts, crafts, music, gentle fitness, group outings and one-to-one sessions, tailored to each resident’s individual needs. You’ll also lead a small, supportive team and coordinate key events throughout the year – from seasonal celebrations to charity fundraisers.
This role is perfect for someone with a warm, energetic personality, strong organisational skills, and a creative mindset.
- Plan and deliver individual and group wellbeing activities
- Coordinate key events and seasonal celebrations
- Support residents with dementia and physical needs
- Recruit, train and support activity assistants and volunteers
- Ensure all activities are person-centred and recorded in care plans
- Build relationships with local community groups and entertainers

Signature People
- Experience in a similar wellbeing or activities role (preferably in care)
- Confident leading sessions and encouraging resident participation
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Understanding of person-centred care and dementia support
- Creative, compassionate, and a great communicator
- Level 2 QCF in Supporting Activities in Social Care (desirable)
- Full, clean driving licence (preferred)
